I've been eating better now that I'm home. I haven't really been working out, but I've been cleaning and cooking. I'm trying to eat less sodium and more fruit and chicken. Mostly I eat apples, chicken, rice and scrambled eggs. I feel better, and soon I'll be back to the gym. Mostly now, I want to get toned up.
