Ok. I weighed in at 143ish this morning. This is my first day of my period though, so am pretty bloated. This is my first day of starting the diet/exercise. My goal is to be down to ~130lbs by the time I start school again in mid August. I think this is a very do-able goal. I want to lose fat, and replace it with some muscle. My final weight is absolutely negotiable - I would just like to be leaner and more toned. I'd like to be in better shape, cardio wise as well. So far, day 1 has started well. I just have to keep it up, and become healthier!
