40 Days to Better Living, Day 42, Looking Ahead:
Faith LIfe:
Remember to pray and meditate each day.
Medical:
Remember to take all medication exactly as prescribed, and dont be afraid to talk about anything with the doc.
Movement:
Remember to be moving everyday.
Work:
Break up the day by getting a llittle exercise in there through out the day.
Emotional:
Remember to find ways to relieve stress, everyday. Take a bath, read a book, go for a walk,
Family and Friends:
Remember your fam. and friends are your support system. and dont be afraid to lean on them. And when you have succeded dont be afraid to celebrate with them.
Nutrition:
Remember to make calories count. Enjoy all the wonderful colors and flavours of Gods creation, when preparing meals, using whole grains, a variety of fruit and vegetables, and lean meats-but let myself splurge on occasion!

40 Days to Better Living, Day 41, Review:
Faith Life:
My Faith life is: sometimes conditional, up & down, very real, honest, simple, joyfull, trying, reliable, content, peaceful
I would say my faith life has improved in the last 6 weeks. I feel that I come back quicker, when I feel I am straying.
Medical:
I dont have any different medical concerns.
Movement:
Go for a walk and walk as far as I can. See if I can go further than the first time.
Work:
I dont feel that my work enviroment has changed much
Emotional:
I dont feel that my emotional highs and lows have changed any. I feel that , that will take a long time for this to show signs of improvement.
Family and Friends:
Ask a family member or friend if they notice an improvement in me
Nutrition:
I have really grown to enjoy salad. I find i hardly even need much dressing at all.

40 Days to Better Living, Day 40, Forty Days:
To me "abundent life" means living life to the fullest. Getting the most out of life. And in order to do that, we need to try our best to live the best way in all the different areas of life.
Medical:
If I get a new doc. try to get to know them while I am healthy so they will know what the healthy me is like.
Movement:
In celebration of today put some music on and dance and use my arms too.
Work:
If going out to eat ask for a to-go box so I can put half of the order in the box right away, if the portion is too big.
Emotional:
Today try to rest. To help me feel better in case I am tierd, overworked, sleep deprived, so my body will not respond to stressors, causing me to hang on to weight and feel icky.
Family and Friends:
Prepare a meal I have never made before and get others to help.
Nutrition:
Dont skip breakfast.
