40 Days to Better Living, Day 40, Forty Days: To me "abundent life" means living life to the fullest. Getting the most out of life. And in order to do that, we need to try our best to live the best way in all the different areas of life. Medical: If I get a new doc. try to get to know them while I am healthy so they will know what the healthy me is like. Movement: In celebration of today put some music on and dance and use my arms too. Work: If going out to eat ask for a to-go box so I can put half of the order in the box right away, if the portion is too big. Emotional: Today try to rest. To help me feel better in case I am tierd, overworked, sleep deprived, so my body will not respond to stressors, causing me to hang on to weight and feel icky. Family and Friends: Prepare a meal I have never made before and get others to help. Nutrition: Dont skip breakfast.
