Wife and mother of one; discovered exercise late in life and am working to fight my sedentary nature. At the same time, challenged by living with a very meat & potatoes kind of spouse (who tends to do a lot of the cooking). I gravitate toward healthier living options, but also cupcakes and ice cream. Trying to find the right balance.
