aaaaaaahhhhh! I am totally going off track today! So disappointed with myself. But i did do some exercising - lunges, plank, pushups etc. Tomorrow is another day. I will be on plan!

I had a bit of a pig out at Auntie's yesterday, and now i'm paying for it. I am CRAVING those bad foods so bad today. And I'm a little off track today too. Karen brought fresh baked bran muufins, and I had one and a half. Also, I bought a bag of trail mix from the vending machine. So not terrible choices, but they weren't on my schedule. I guess I woke up the chocolate neurons in my brain yesterday. Auntie had out cinnamon buns, christmas baking, jujubes, chocolates, etc. Plus coffee with kahlua, and she tried to give me wine, but I had to draw the line at that. I didn't drift off my goal that badly (just under 1500 cals, instead of my hopeful 1300), but the hangover today is not fun. Ugh

I did some math this morning - using a spreadsheet, my favourite thing! :)
So my new goals are:
1300 cals per day intake
2450 cals per day exercise (so about 250 cals burned in exercise including my regular resting/sleeping calories)
This is a totally achievable goal and I am EXCITED to do it!
This means I get 325 calories per meal and for total snacks every day. I can totally do this!

OK - I'm taking this up a notch. My average daily intake has been around 1550 cals per day. My goal is no more than 1800, and I've been losing about 1lb per week. I have been active every day, not necessarily breaking into a hard sweat, but definately doing more than my recent past. There have been several days where I ate 1300 cals. To lose 2lbs a week, and double my progress, I'll have to aim for that 1300 daily. And I'm gonna do it! It will not be impossible, and it will not be uncomfortable. I just need to see more progress than 1 pound a week. I wanna be hot this summer! And 2 per week is not unhealthy. Time to pour it on! WOO!
