Its been a good week or so. I'm starting with a nutritionist next week and that has caused me to be more disciplined and log food. My hope is to do a whole year with her, at least sporadically and more frequently during "danger" times of the year. I'm hoping to do a full-year cycle because my weight gains and losses are usually annual cycles.
Interesting note tonight...when I come across a difficult task, one way I procrastinate is to go for coffee or food. I need to try to stop that.
