I just have completed a cycle of extreme moodiness that left me eating really poorly. The worst was probably the times I would eat a big fast food dinner and still be hungry afterwards so I would snack more. There was no feeling of satiety that I could find. The worst part is that I am fine during the day. Breakfast and lunch end up being nice portions and leave me feeling satisfied and energized. But dinner cannot quench me. I go nuts.
Now my moods have leveled out a little. I can try and tackle eating like an adult again.
It is relevant to note that the prior weeks I was premenstrual and am currently in the middle of my period. Historically I have had some notable bloating likely due to dietary choices prior to my period and a quite noticeable drop in visible bloating the day my period starts. I did not notice that this time, but lately my periods have not been easy to determine which day is the starting day. THERE YOU HAVE IT.
