Dear Journal,
I just started back on track of recording my food and exercise, got back on the Wii fit, and I'm watching my caloric intake again. I was quite surprised to find that I had not gain so much weight as I had lost body tone by not exercising. I'm back on track I'm going to start off slow 3-4 days weekly and work my way back up to my full routine of yoga, step, and boxing, and all the other things I do on the Wii. You know this thing was a great invention, I have turned my 83 yr. old mom on to it and she is also exercising. I did it over the weekend and my arms were so sore I could hardly lift them on Monday, so slow and steady for me, and like the turtle I'll win this race.
