I have been gaining weight for the past 2 years, and my normal ways to maintain and lose a few have not been working, (Like to do the SBD) I am looking to go down 20 lbs, but I am going to set a goal of 10 for now, and try to get there and then re-evaluate.
I walk at least 2-3 miles everyday, and when I can't I do an indoor walking video, equal to 3 miles.
