With this diet, i don't get enough calories, what can i do to increase in a smart fashion. i have to go to bed early and get up early to work out, get to gym.

did workout, followed all but only did the 12"step two sets, ran out of time. breakfast, 1egg, 2whites, take tuna and salad for lunch. DRINK WATER
