CRAVINGS - How do you deal with them.
I am slowly trying to eliminate as many of the processed and boxed foods as budget allows at this point.

I have to wonder how much my sweetener has to do with my on going sweet tooth. I am slowly trying to back off and wean myself off of it but right at the moment not having much success. I've done okayish not as well as I would like but I am working on it. I have successfully worked through my soda cravings which I am extremely proud of myself for.A work in progress I am always a work in progress..

Kishlette I think to some degree you are right. When I started this my two big ones were soda and chocolate.Soda, done and gone. Chocolate meh instead of diving head first into a 400 calorie piece of yummy chocolate cake I am trying the miniature bite sized hershey pieces to satisfy it. I have found that if i head to the gym for a bit it goes away lol!

This is an area I struggle with horrible, chocolate cravings, sweet cravings ugh. I am a type 2 diabetic so obviously sugar and carbs are not good for me but it doesnt' change the fact that there are days I absolutely would kill for a candy bar or a soda. I have learned over the years to manage and tweak my carb intake to allow for a "treat" or "cheat" day here and there. It helps but I really would like to be able to step away from at least the soda completely.
