I'm pleased with my weight loss from 158.6 to 154 in 2-1/2 weeks. Haven't been able to do this in years. If I can drop 2 lbs. a week, I will be thrilled.

Third day on my diet and doing quite well. Keeping my carbs and calories in check and earing breakfastt as I should. Find that I am not starving by the mid afternoon, at which time I have a snack. I even turned down a Sonic malt today😂😂

Only a few days, but I am feeling the difference. I have not had the bloating, especially in the evening when my clothes feel 2 sizes too small.
