Took my measurements, they are as follows:
Neck - 16"
Bust - 49"
Waist - 49.25"
Hips - 59"
Thigh - 26"
Calves - 19"
Upper Arm - 17"
I will be measuring once a month to chart my progress

Pretty pumped I have lost over 4 pounds so far this week. I've done pretty well. I think yesterday was the first day I was starting to get it. Still pretty amazed that I can eat as much food. The hardest part has been figuring out the protein. Not really having any side effects no constipation, headaches. I really don't see how you could get constipated with all the vegetables and water eaten. I'm trying to drink 100 ounces a day, keeping up my exercise routine and trying to move around more during the day. I have to say this diet is pricey and that I go through quite a few veggies, but that is more than made up by all the things I don't buy any more. I'm hoping to get my husband on this.

Just started Atkins on Monday. So far so good. I've lost two pounds so far but I think I may be eating too much. I sent for 3 Atkins book one of which is a workbook. I feel very good and am continuing the exercise program that I started several weeks ago. I bought some of the Atkins protein bars and I'm going to keep several in my purse in case I have an uncontrollable craving. I have lots of veggies either cooked or raw available so that it is easy to make something fast.
