Pretty pumped I have lost over 4 pounds so far this week. I've done pretty well. I think yesterday was the first day I was starting to get it. Still pretty amazed that I can eat as much food. The hardest part has been figuring out the protein. Not really having any side effects no constipation, headaches. I really don't see how you could get constipated with all the vegetables and water eaten. I'm trying to drink 100 ounces a day, keeping up my exercise routine and trying to move around more during the day. I have to say this diet is pricey and that I go through quite a few veggies, but that is more than made up by all the things I don't buy any more. I'm hoping to get my husband on this.
