IF Day 2
Breakfast: 12:40pm (or 1pm, if not counting the one piece of mango)
Fast started: 8:10 pm

First time I've had bread in a very long time.
No guilt or anything. Tasted awesome. And ice cream. Man, this is great. Was really frustrating splitting my meals into 3+ since each one would have had to have been 400 cals or less... very limiting. Since getting rid of the first meal, I've been able to split those calories and tack them on onto later meals. Also helps that I let myself have some more carbs today.
Actually pushed back my breakfast time. Could have broke it at around 10am, but due to being at the gym, and wanting to stretch the fast for as long as I could, I started eating past noon.
Coffee is a big help in the morning. Definitely feeling much better at the end of the day.

I think I should just stick with a push/pull/leg split for a while... Did squats on back2back days, and also deadlifts today. Probably wasn't such a brilliant idea. Got some numbing/tingling going on in my legs again, and my lower back aches.

Don't think I can get in an early morning workout before we leave. Oh well. Will bring some coffee and tea for the drive down, and will continue on IF unless something comes up.

First day testing IF.

Broke fast: 12:30pm
Started fast: 7:30pm
Projected break time: 9:30am (14 hours)

Huge dinner feels great. Feel so much freer since I have those extra calories/carbs to play around with. Also helps when I get a workout in. Was afraid that I'd get headaches, dizziness etc. while working out, but fortunately none of that happened. Felt like working out on any other day. Had some mild headaches and hunger pangs before that. Drank tea and coffee.

Would like the get my protein and fat intakes up. Hard without whey.

Cutting back on track. Excited for tomorrow.

Tested out some light squats at the end of my workout just to see how my legs felt. Went pretty good.
Don't know whether I will stick with a push/pull/legs split, or whether I should continue on with SS.
