Allow me to introduce myself...My name is Dede and I am 27 years old. Seven months ago my husband and I were blessed with a beautiful, healthy, and very happy baby boy! I am a school counselor, back to work, and trying to loose my pregnancy weight! Balancing work and my beautiful new family is hard...but I love doing it and wouldn't have it any other way! However, I have one huge downfall... that is...I always have, and continue to put everyone else first and myself last. I want to change that! I'm not saying that I don't want to take care of my loved ones and friends, but I need to start taking care of ME! I feel guilty writing this...but I know it's time to make changes, and to challenge myself. I'm glad I fell upon this website and am looking forward to finally putting me first and doing something for myself!

PICKING...a little here a little there
Guys please help! I do great all day, then I go home after work and want to eat everything I find. I also have a sweet tooth, so I'm always picking at chocolate or snacks filled with good old carbs. Any! Confused
