Food intake has been bouncing everywhere. I also have tests tomorrow, which I have a feeling I'm going to get the usual, "You need to cut back on carbs, yadda, yadda, yadda." I've had a bit of carbs this last week, but they're not a regular appearance in my diet. We'll see. OH, well. Not sure how much of the weight is water, how much is umm..well, waste as I'm having issues there, easy come, easy go I guess. Not going to worry about it.

I'm doing a lot of work on me right now. I'm trying to get a schedule settled again for a routine to be put back into place. I just got invited to another weekly meeting, changing my Tuesday nights. So, lots of things going on. Gotta get it back under control, but not going to push myself too hard as there are some psych issues still going on and want to avoid a hospitalization as that'll really jack things up. Okay, well talk to you all later.
