Guess it's been a while since I've been in here...again. I'm still tracking myself, but more for diabetic reasons than weight. I'm getting back on track with my eating, so the weight should fall into place. Drinking between 2 and 3 liters of water a day (1 liter=32 oz)...that alone is curbing my appetite, now I just have to make sure I don't just eat out of habit. Trying to stick to the "eat only when you are hungry", but that's dangerous...if you wait too long, you inhale food before you realize what you have done. So I'm having breakfast around 9am, having a snack around noon, a lite lunch around 3pm, and dinner around 7pm with a lite snack around 9pm if I'm hungry...trying to stay under 1800cal per day. Shouldn't be a problem if I eat lots of veggies!
I'll try to do weigh ins and journal entries more regularly.
Later.

Another start and stall...damn!
I guess you just keep getting up and trying again...more control over urges to eat is required...the urge to eat the "tasty" food is winning over the need to eat properly. Try, try again.

It's very hard to maintain a proper diet when you are living in a work camp. The selection is quite limited and the cookies are unlimited ;-)
I didn't really fall off the wagon, but I'm going to focus more on eating a whole food diet...limit the carbs and processed foods. Just getting sick of being "the chubby guy"...I was doing so well until last year, then I let go. Time to kick it back in and run with it!
