a work colleague came with flowers, it was very nice of them all.
but I am going back to work on Monday so that's put me in a better mood, weather better today so went for a walk. need to walk every day, not just sitting on back side thinking I will go and do this or that and then do nothing. need to get back on the lifestyle wagon or else xx

well moving a bit better today, still need to get into the car, but will keep trying.
weigh in day tomorrow for me so I hope I have lost something.
had a better nights sleep even though I did not go to bed till gone 12.30.
need to get back to exercise but worried how my hip will take it and would I be able to get out of the pool on the steps!

just found this app so going to try logging food. I have a fitbit for exercise log.
been off sick for 2 weeks, fell and hurt my hip so no exercise for me at the moment.
feeling a bit down, no friends just me - very lonely.
