well moving a bit better today, still need to get into the car, but will keep trying. weigh in day tomorrow for me so I hope I have lost something. had a better nights sleep even though I did not go to bed till gone 12.30. need to get back to exercise but worried how my hip will take it and would I be able to get out of the pool on the steps!
