Feel De-Railed
I feel like these posts were meant for me to read lol. In March this year I began a new lifetstyle filled with exercising and healthy eating. I exercised literally every day other than Sundays. In may I started school and moved to an apartment on the second floor so I feel bad about exercising and simply stopped. I need motivation to get started again. I dont know what to do
I pray everyday that god gives me the motivation and strength to just get up and work out but I am still struggling. ANY ADVICE???????
