Keto all the way!! Zero carbs (grass-fed + water) is the goal, but I struggle to achieve that. Love my full-fat dairy, nuts for snacks, and black coffee too much!

LCHF Buddy for 53yr female
Hiya, I'm 47 and starting this challenge today. I'm cooking some ground beef and ground pork together, with salt, pepper and garlic powder. When I take out a serving to eat, I add 2 Tbsp full-fat cream cheese (1g carbs) and some Frank's Red Hot sauce (0 carbs). If I'm really hungry or bored of eating the same thing, I put a couple poached eggs on top. So that's today taken care of! What are you going to eat?
