I started my Journey on March 18, 2010. I got on the scale because I thought that I had gained o few pounds. The scale showed me at 291. I think I cried for 10 minutes, my husband asked me what was wrong with me. I told him I couldn't be like this anymore. So I called my Doctor and asked for help to get on the right path. I started exercise for 30 min a day and increased my exercise every 2 weeks to build up to where i do an hour of cardio and 30 min of weights. I am now at 218 and still need to keep going. My goal is 180, but that may be a little low, so if I can get to 190 ( what I weighed coming out of high school)I think I can handle that. Its been a little hard at times,but with my husbands support and him by my side its been so worth it.
