I'm a life time diet junkie....lost 70 lbs 5 years ago on low carb and have (EEK) gained back 14 lbs. I refuse to go back to fat unhealthy city and am hopping on the low carb/keto wagon.

Hi ladies: I'm 65 (old lady in the group) and live on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Long diet history of course. I lost 70 lbs on low carb 5 years ago and have been watching things creep up over the past year. Have regained 14lbs and the buck stops now! I'm looking forward to getting back in control and know from experience that low carb is the only thing that works for me. And Peggy....WOW....you are in inspiration with the right attitude.
