All and all I think this was a very good week, even though I didn't do as well as I would have liked to on the mini challenges, I learned a lot. I am learning more and more all the time about discipline, which I need to plan on and get control of, I have lost control over the last few years.
But I think all and all I learned, lost a bit, but, learned. This is not over yet, I just need to step up to bat. I also stated another challenge that says No More Quitting. I think that is my biggest problem, I am making some changes tomorrow, for the better, hopefully we will see some real weight loss now, between the two dies and the other challenges that I am doing, I also have my eye on a few more challenges that are still available to me.

Today I did good again, that is two in a row, a record for me. I did my water challenge, diet challenge, breaking habit challenge, I did sli up on the scale challenge, all my hard work I had to see if it was working, also the not eating after eight at night, that is the hardest one for me, I tend to eat more at dinner then to make sure I stay full. But I will get back on track now with the scale challenge, I only wanted to know if all of my endeavors are working, they are, very well. I am proud of myself which I have not been in a very long time, this is going to stick this time, I will not go off of this diet, not when I am happy and proud and closer to my goal, I can only hope things keep going this well.

I am on this challenge that you can only weighing in on Sunday's, I did and it surprised me but I lost 3/4 of a pound. I started my diet on Monday and went off on Tuesday already and cheated all week long, ate late at night and ate lots of candy. The only thing I did right was my exercise, I love to do it, dieting-not so much! Anyway, it is the following Monday now and I have joined some more challenges, one is not to eat after eight at night, it will be hard, but, I am going to give it my best shot, the other challenge is to break a habit, my worst one is eating candy(chocolate) as often as I can. Today I have done well so far, right now I am hungry but I am more tired and want to go to bed but am waiting for the dryer.I am sick of failing at my diet, it is time to get serious, I really want to wear other clothes, the ones I have waiting for me, I want to wear them so bad, I can taste it, so I am going to try a lot harder this week, not be so weak. I want to see this weight start to fall off, that's all I want right now, more than anything. I keep going on a diet just to end up going back to my old habits of eating what and when I want, no more, I must get serious now, I know how proud of myself I will be. I am going to do it this time. That is all the writing I can do tonight, I am so very tired, can't wait for bed. I start a weight lifting challenge this coming Saturday and have been prepping myself for that as well. Hope I can learn some weight lifting moves, that will help with my strength.
