I work in the healthcare field however there's nothing physical about the job. It's a desk job and I've been doing it for 12yrs. My metabolism has slowed down over the years and I'm finding it difficult to motivate myself to change my eating habits and exercise. My eating habits are not extremely bad however, there's room for improvement. I have just started an exercise regime/routine a month ago. I measured myself and recorded my measurements prior to starting the exercise regime. I am starting to see a small difference and plan to re-measure in 2 months. I know that I will see a significant difference. I have downloaded the App on my iphone for Nike Training Club. It's a free app and it's excellent. I recommend this app to everyone :)
