I went on vacation to Hawaii and overate somewhat but my bf and I have been really cutting back now that we are back. I will be starting a new Body For Life Challenge soon and be hitting the gym hard!!

damn, I ate well today! I'm am so loving the quinoa with lots of vegies and sauteed onions, garlic and basil to give it flavor.

damn that soft pretzel!! I knew better - I was at a concert last night and we didn't really have dinner, so I bought one. And I don't even like pretzels. Way too many carbs and calories in the pretzel last night to be on BFL. And I have to give up the wine - it really hurts the joints in my poor arthritic back. It's just not worth it anymore.
