I'm a 26 year old wife and mother. I've been with my husband since 2003, we have a beautiful 5 year old daughter. I work a hectic and stressful full time job as a 911 Dispatcher. I spend my 10 hour shift sitting down...we don't get breaks except for a lunch break. When I met my husband I was 80 pounds lighter. I'd like to get back to that weight, but set a realistic goal of 170 pounds. I'm 100% comitted to losing this weight. I'm not a real active person since I've packed on the pounds and will ease back into it. Maybe starting w/15 minutes daily on the treadmill with a slight incline, working my way up in how many minutes I spend, the incline and the pace. I am starting the Atkin's Diet w/modifications. I'm not a person who is interested in eating-if there was I pill I could take to give me my daily nutrients that would be amazing! Haha! Also, I have to modify my meals and foods to harbor the goal of lower sodium and animal purine for my kidneys and their function (drs orders!) I look in the mirror and am apalled about my appearance. My clothes as of lately are getting even tighter...Overall, I want to be the healthiest and best mommy I can be to my daughter and get back to the happy and active life I once led.
