Day 3 of diet and things are going ok. Today was a "down" day and I only had 500 calories to work with, but I did great! I wasn't really hungry all day. I started off with an orange to help me with my sugar addiction and then I had a cup of coffee to help with the caffeine. My baked tilapia was delicious tonight for dinner. I think that is going to be a favorite of mine for my down days. Tomorrow is an up day, so I'm not worried about what all I'll be eating. But I do need to try to work in some exercise sometime. I am worried about Friday. Friday is supposed to be a down day, but the girls at work invited me to go out to dinner with them after what is to be a very stressful day of work. I don't think I'll be able to keep tp my 500 calories. Good night for now.

First off, I am NOT a journaler, I never have been. But, I hope this will help me on my weight loss journey. I have read that it helps to write down your feelings, what you ate, and stuff like that to keep to your diet. At this point, I'm willing to try anything! So, here goes:
Today was my 2nd day of the alternate day diet, so it was an "up" day. I thought I would have been more hungrier than what I was today. With today being an "anything" kind of day, I fixed my favorite meal tonight for dinner....homemade pizza! Oh, it was so good. In the past on other diets that I have tried, I have had to give up some of my favorite foods, but with this one, I only have to "diet" for one day. Then the next day, I can have whatever I want...within reason. I am also addicted to pepsi, so I was able to not have a headach today, by drinking my favorite drink. My first day was really hard, and I'm a little anxious about tomorrow, so that is why I have already planned out what to eat tomorrow on my "down" day. I hope I can stick to my calorie restrictions, which is 500 calories for the entire day. I did leave myself some wiggle room, just in case I need a little extra. My one "big" meal for tomorrow is baked tilapia. Then the rest of the day, I plan on eating fruits and veggies along with a cereal bar. Wish me luck for tomorrow!
