So yesterday was Australia Day - happy Australia Day everyone! For the record, even if you're not Australian, you're always welcome to celebrate the day. It's my favourite day of the year - hanging out with friends, going to the beach, having a barbecue by the pool in a mate's backyard... It's in the middle of our summer, too, which is great!
But it also sucks. I was at the beach yesterday, and I look like a lobster! I forgot to apply sunscreen, and didn't notice I was burning because I was in the surf most of the day!
As for my food diary, I haven't put it in, but I know it will be over lol. I had fish and chips, iced chocolate, ice cream... But hey! It's Australia day!
I suppose in America, it's still the 26th of January - hope you all have a great 'Australia Day' too haha

Woke up this morning feeling sick, light headed and burning on the back of my neck - Amy's classic signs of low blood sugar.
I reviewed how I went yesterday, and realised I'd had less than a thousand calories and 5.5 hours of high intensity exercise. Not a good move. I weighed myself out of interest - I'd lost half a kilo in one day, which is not healthy weight loss for someone my size. I'm only aiming to lose some puppy fat and tone up ready for my dancing competitions. I am in no way aiming to be a stick. Decided to take it slow today, and up my calories slightly.

This half a kilo lost is not joyous - it's concerning. I lost it in one day, and for my size, that's not healthy. I'm expecting to stay the same for a while now.
