Struggling to get enough protein in a day. I am getting close to my daily requirement, but it is hard to stay under 1200 calories and get that protein. Working on it.

Well, still sticking with it. My weight loss is slow, but at least it is going down and not up. :) I am upping my exercise a few minutes at a time and that is getting easeier. Not giving up, no matter how long it takes.

Just started using this journal. I wish I had done so sooner. Much easier than using a paper journal. I will be using it now. :)
