I am a mother of two children, son 11, and daughter 5 and I have a wonderful husband. I was always a small size 4 before I had kids. I am looking to get my health back in order and lose some weight. I have recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, I have high cholesterol, high blood pressure and high anxiety. Hoping this journey will help me be strong and lose weight and get off some of my meds.
