My reasons for wanting to lose weight:
I want to look good in my vacation pictures
I want to wear any clothes that I want and not feel self conscious
I want to feel in control
I want clear skin
I want 2b hot
I don’t want type 2 diabetes
I don’t want to take medication for cholesterol bc of food
I will look great with short hair
I’ll prove to people that being vegetarian doesn’t = fat
I’ll have collarbone showing nicely in tank tops
I won’t be so mean to myself
I won’t feel guilty about eating
I’ll be less self critical
I’ll run faster
I want WW to be free
