I drank wine and ate lemon sweet bread at my groups bible study, then gave into more cravings later.

I over ate this past week and end while my MIL was here. She makes and eats a lot of treats and influences me to do so as well. I'm not blaming her. I don't think she's trying to sabotoge me, but ut she did tell my son to take rice crispes covered in chocolate to us after I had told her I'm avoiding sugar, and it's hard to turn down an offering from my 8 year old. I'm glad to see the weight has come down from 233 since she left.
