I am 69 years old, feel young for my age but want to lose weight as my blood sugar is creeping up there at 103. Carbs are a concern and they are, like many other people, my favorite thing to eat!! I walk the treadmill 5 out of 7 days a week for 30 minutes but need to do more to help lose. I have lost 25 pounds but have been at a standstill for a long time. Any tips are appreciated!!
