June 01/09 was the first time I had come to realize that I really, really needed to lose some weight after having kids I gained so much weight, I had gone from 110 pounds to 175lbs for my height was too much. So far I have lost 47 pounds but is really hard to keep away from fatty foods. Word of advice do not deprive but eat less if you are gonna eat something like pizza or unhealty just eat half and fill up with veggies or fruit and water.
