Completely lost track of myself for a while. Kinda crazy. I did finally get a new treadmill and have been doing that for 2 mths everyday. Gotta keep the motivation. If I don't do it for a day then I lose it all. I have also been cigarette free for 32 days. That has been ten times harder than I expected.

Yuck. Went away for the weekend and totally screwed up my diet. Oh well. Home now and back to it.

Today sucked!! Don't know why but I have been feeling really depressed all day. Diet's going good. Haven't lost anything else, so maybe that's part of it. Oh well, maybe tomorrow will be better.
