Completely lost track of myself for a while. Kinda crazy. I did finally get a new treadmill and have been doing that for 2 mths everyday. Gotta keep the motivation. If I don't do it for a day then I lose it all. I have also been cigarette free for 32 days. That has been ten times harder than I expected.
