I had a fill last Thursday. Saturday I could really tell that things in there have changed. Had a couple of close call stuck episodes - that was weird!!!
I skipped the gym Friday and Saturday. Went back yesterday. Weighed 280 yesterday and today, so it seems to not be a fluke. Gym scale yesterday also said 280. Weird!!
What's different? I ate lots of cheese sticks and beef summer sausage sticks when I was at wrestling tournaments.
Sunday I made and had to eat lots of "puppy chow". That stuff is the Devil!
Back to the gym tonight for cardio. Yeah!

Chicken salad lasted for about 2 hours.
Cottage cheese and peaches eaten about 10:45. 1 3/4 cups.
