Okay. So I have been losing weight and I truly thank God for it. Now I think it's time to step it up a notch. So I am planning on starting to exercise again. I haven't exercised this summer! I don't mind exercising, but sometimes, I just feel like "I'm almost 46 years old, and if I don't want to exercise, then I don't have to." I know that may sound childish. However, my reasoning is that I have been exercising my entire adult life to some degree. I will make the effort starting this evening. Joining the 2 min workout challenge was a great way to get re-introduced to exercising again. Now it's time to push myself forward. I can do all things through Chirst who strengthens me! Make me a better person Lord! Amen.
