this is such an odd coincidence, but Jon is also on weight watchers. it's funny because women are usually the ones that admit to a diet, but no, he's lost over 50lbs since june 2009. around the same time i really started dieting.
it's motivating for me to keep eating well. whenever we go out, which has been a lot lately, we make smart choices. he basically eats nothing but chicken salads and oatmeal. haha so sometimes it makes me feel like a fatty when i want a burger. then again he never works out, so all he can do is eat smart. i run up to 5 miles or weight train about 4-5 days a week, so i guess it makes up for it. but instead of gorging when we go out, i'm eating better and not snacking as much.
except for these dark chocolate almonds, i bought them on sunday and i'm almost done with the bag.
anyways i like this guy and i like food and i'm glad that i can have both in my life!

i'm not sure what's going on. i think it's the placement of the scale in the bathroom. one area said 146 and another says 141. while i like this number it's hard for me to believe. but for now, i'll take it!

so i realized that i've been food binging for a week now. first it was my mountain vacation i was on. then i got home and realized i lost 2 pounds. i think i let that get to my head, so lately i've been snacking on chocolate covered goodies and popcorn all day. obviously i'm going to start gaining weight back and start bitching about it, so it stops now...or later, cuz i htink i have a date tonight. !!!
