i've been trying to work out at least 3-4 times a week. thank goodness for corina's gym pass. for some reason i feel fat. i know i'm not, but i can't get it out of my head. it's starting to freak me out that i'm thinking this way, yet i'm surprised i still keep snacking. maybe i'll just try not to look at myself naked anymore.

very weird thing happened yesterday.
i woke up and had my usual raisin bran cereal around 8. then i made my morning poo. after this i noticed i was a little hungry again (this isn't the weird part, this is my normal routine) So i ignored it. while at my internship, i got a rumblin in my tumbly so i had some carrot sticks. and i'm standing around in a warm room making buttons and i start to feel a little woozy, so i sit and drink water. i get back up and work again and i'm still dizzy and light headed and hungry. but then the hunger goes away. anyways i tried to eat a fiber bar but it made me a little nauseous. i basically had to leave early yesterday because i wanted to pass out.
so i stopped by carls on my way home and grabbed fries and a salad. i laid down and had some and fell asleep and woke up starving so i had my salad. i tell you it was such a weird icky feeling. now sometimes i make the mistake of not eating before i work out, and i get sick, but this was nothing like it.
kinda reminded me of my mom when her blood sugar drops and she can't get out of bed. soooo i was thinking of getting tested for diabetes, or just eating more often.
womp womp.
in other news, i've stolen corina's identity and go to the gym in the mornings. i love it. today was the first day i've gone in a week...but still i'm considering getting my OWN pass...nahhhhhhh

this passed week i begged corina to let me use her buddy pass at 24 hour fitness. i went 4 days in a row. i ran sooo much it was crazy. but a little different. i'm used to running on the ground, which tires me out a lot. running on the tredmill, i was able to run longer and with greater strides. except, when i'm at the park i can run all the way around in 45 minutes. at the gym i can run 3 miles in 35 minutes. it's a little off putting, but i want to work on it. luckily corina also gave me her "other" gym pass so that i can continue to go. we look a like, right?
my legs are sore as hale though. i think i over did it. plus i stayed the same weight because i kept eating out. jon and i go out way too much! i need to start getting back to my routine!
