i don't feel fat. i just feel out of shape.
not having a gym pass is throwing me off. i need to cave and just buy one. i want to get my stomach toned for the weddings.
i'm about 136 today, which is awesome! a few more pounds and i'm all set.

i haven't worked out in the past 10 days. it's killing me.
jon and i have been in guatemala and granted we walked everywhere everyday, and we climbed hills and a volcano, i still don't feel fit.
i want to loose about 5lbs before the wedding and get my tummy in shape. plus i'll be 25 in a month so it's good reason to try.
