After having grandchildren for 12 days and eating everything that came my way, I am starting over today, my son bought me bicycle and I am putting it to good use.

I have blown calories today, when there is crackers to be counted , I might not have counted them right, I had multigrain club crackers for a snack, I recovered each single cracker as a serving ,vwasvwondering if I did that right.

I weighed myself this morning and I was Ecited that the scales said 218.4, it's amazing what you can do once you make up your mind to do it.

I have had company for 8 days, I know that is not a valid reason for gaining, back 3 lbs, but it's hard not to eat when you have been cooking.
