Yesterday was a bust! However, it was my birthday and I did reasonably well up until the people from work wanted to take me out to celebrate. I did only have one glass of wine and a portion of the nachos, but I certainly see how that affects my weight loss efforts. Back on track today?

This just won't do! What the heck? I've been eating better than usual all week and exercising more often and I gain a pound and half. This happens to me all the time and then I give up. Can't do it this time. I think I'll go for a walk!

UGHH! Today was tough. I had a party to go to and there was soooo much food there. I went a little overboard. It was the nibbling on the snacks and the margarita's (damn those margarita's)
At any rate, as bad as the numbers look, I have to say that what I would normally eat and drink at a party like that would have been much worse. At least this time, it was conscious eating. I probably should have cut back during the day to make up for it or exercised. I'm not going to beat myself up, I did better than I normally would have. I'll get back on my horse tomorrow.
