I went on vacation - wasn't watching calories OR working out - but somehow I didn't gain! YEA!!! Ok, I'm back on it and hop to be 170 w/in 18 days for my trip to MX!! Let's see if I can do it.

I didn't want to - but I went to the gym and worked out. Just did 35 minutes on the bike - and I'm doing some abs at home... some days, when you don't want to work out - is when you feel the most accomplished for even the small stuff... feeling good.

Woke up - got some coffee - downloaded the Hope for Haiti track from iTunes, which is GREAT for before and after workout - stretching, cool down - really good. I like it. Hit the gym for 55 minutes of crazy girl spin. I love what spin does for you - but I'm not going to lie... I don't LOVE spin... just love the results and the feeling after.
Well, I'm off to a great CN restaurant now - already set to order some Hot Sour Soup b/c I know it's low in calories - and a small salad of some sort. Sounds great and I won't ruin my workout.

Today -
Aqua workout
1/2 sandwich - portable mushroom, red peppers, EVO, french bread, moz cheee & goat cheese... side - French fries. haha :)~
I know that's not great, but - i had a good day. I feel good - and that makes me think I look good. :) I'm excited to hit the gym tomorrow morning and have a great lunch with one of my girlfriends.
