This is so hard! I hit a wall when I went to Boston for work for a week. Not only did I choose to take a bath rathre than work out on two occasions, but I ate terribly. I am feeling sick today and it is dampening my mood. I need to run but I am not sure if I should because my left hamstring is really bothering me, even when I walk it gets a little painful. But... I can do it! 9 lbs... that's nothing right? I need to cut back on sweets (I just had a cookie and am craving another) and increase my veggie and protein intake. I need to slip out during lunch so people don't want to go because i end up eating unhealthy then.
