I have PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) which besides giving me a host of infertility problems, also puts me at a higher risk for a lot of health problems (diabetes and obesity, to name a few). I've already lost 12 pounds and succesfully kept it off since last August. Now I would like to get back to my pre-baby weight (141) and ultimately my wedding weight (135). I want to do it in a way that I can live with the changes, instead of going on a restrictive, crazy diet and eventually gaining it all back. I also want to focus on getting a lot of fruits and vegetables and whole grains, so that I can be a good example for my almost 2 year old daughter.
