I lost a lot of weight at the beginning of 2007. And then for 6 months, nothing. I am determined to lose the last 30 lbs! I think I've tried just about every diet on the planet, and I've taken every possible class at the gym. I eat really healthy, but I can't stop eating too much. I have a stressful work from home job which doesn't help matters at all. When things get too over the top or boring, I'll pop to the store and eat an entire box of cereal, etc.
I look forward to speaking with other people who understand how difficult it is to lose weight, no matter where you are in your weight loss plan or life situation. Any words of encouragement or help are always welcome. And I'll try to support others too.
